Brazil won their third consecutive FIFA Confederations Cup as they cruised to an emphatic 3-0 victory against World Cup holders Spain, thanks to Fred’s brace and another brilliant Neymar strike.
Fred scored twice, opening with a goal in just the second minute, and scoring his sides third goal just two minutes into the second half, while Neymar scored a brilliant goal just before halftime.
Sergio Ramos missed a penalty with his side three down and Gerard Pique then saw red with around 20 minutes remaining as Spain failed to mount any sort of comeback.
GOALS : Fred (2, 47), Neymar (44)
