Spurs lose 0-2 to Shakhtar - 33/1 longshots to progress

Tottenham have now drifted out to 33/1 with Ladbrokes to win the UEFA Cup after they suffered a 2-0 defeat against Shakhtar Donetsk in the first leg of their last 32 clash at RSC Olympiyskiy.

The Ukrainian champions' first goal came with 11 minutes remaining, with substitute Yevgen Seleznov glancing home a Jadson free-kick.

Jadson added the second goal two minutes from time, wriggling into the penalty area and finishing low into Gomes' bottom corner and now Sky Bet make Spurs 5/2 to progress to the next round.
